DLC disappeared after Origin reinstallation

I recently restored my computer to factory settings, and after installing Origin and then my DA2 game, most of my DLC has disappeared. Only Black Emporium remained. After checikng the forum, I went to the game information, copied the prodct code and registered it on my Bioware account. It registered.... TADAA! A pair of boots...?! The Frozen Wastes ones that are actually included in the free promo pack.

Anyway, no Mark of the Assasin, Legacy or Exiled Prince.

Help, please?

The only people who can help with account, log-on, purchase, entitlement, or refund issues are the EA Game Advisors. Yours is exactly the kind of problem they should be able to address quickly.

Pro Tips:
1. Be at your gaming rig.
2. Be logged-on to your EA/Origin account (unless that's the problem, obviously.)
3. Be able to spend 10-30 minutes "on hold" before reaching someone.

@MKurt09 Hey, can you check your game details page in Origin?

Right-click the game panel then scroll down and see if you have the option to redownload the content. 

If you have any further issues or if you're not using Origin please let us know.

I take it that you initally bought the DLC from the Bioware site?

Can you check if you can grab your content from this page?

At the specified site I can also only buy them again.

I bought the game through the Origin store, and I'm 99% sure it was a "pack" with the main game and the mentioned expansions in one, since I already bought the main game in a physical version on release and simply found your offer on main game + expansions too good to pass by even though I already owned the main game

Funny thing is, I looked through my purchase history, and it doesn't show there. But neither does most of my other purchases actually...
