DA II DLC Question - XBox 360/XBox Live [ Edited ]

My wife recently bought and downloaded Legacy and Mark of the Assassin ( with the intent of us both being able to play it ). The download was purchased  via XBox Live. We have two seperate log-ins/sign-ins. How can I get the DLC she bought under her ID to allow me to play them?

It would seem logical to me that if two parties in the same house, on the same system, buy a DLC then the household should be able to legally use the software.

What can we do to fix this or, is the DLC set up in such a way as to inadvertantly make this a massive rip-off  for a two gamer household by forcing to buy the same thing twice for ONE XBox 360??

Usually you are able to play the DLC with all accounts on the Xbox with which you first bought and downloaded it. Does this not work for you?
