Bought MoA for Dragon Age 2, DLC not showing on Origin

Hey, newbie here... I've just bought MoA for Dragon Age 2, however, DLC is not showing on Origin (it shows as Completed in the Game History, but on  Origin it still shows as not bought.

Just had a refund not 2 days ago for another malfunctioning game from EA/Bioware. I really don't want to waste anymore time to make claims for another refund...
