Progress I've not made

My origin account is listing achievements and origin points for Dead Space 3 that I haven't earned from back in February. Also I have someone on my friends list that I never added/accepted. It's a bit weird really. I've no reason to believe anything else odd has happened or that my account is compromised. Basically I just want a progress reset for Dead Space 3 and I can remove/block him myself. I'd rather have sorted this by live chat but it's unavailable.

In Origin, click on the View menu, Friends list and then right click on Unfriend and Block to block any unknown or unwanted friends.
