Same problem, cant install the game. Release control date problem.

two days ago I bought dead space 2,
reinstalled today again.
this time there is no error in release check date.
it's na even askin for it anymore.
Now the problem is game does launch,but remains upon a black screen windows 8.1
and I do not see the files of the game upon the computer either...

@AnsOne30915 The best thing to do is to set the resolution to 1280x720 and try to launch the game. You can do this using your GPU control programme.

You can also try running game in compatibility mode for Win XP Service Pack 3.
