Hi @diablodan77
Ensure that your Firewall and/or Antivirus are not blocking the connection. The easiest way would be adding an exception for the Origin Client,
You need to do this add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports http://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-with-origin/#1
Clear Origin cache and for this you get a perfectly detailed post from @EA_Nils >> http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/my-origin-will-not
Now i would suggest you to perform a Clean Boot http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-yo
Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2

Ok @diablodan77
If above all steps wont fix the problem, go to Game’s installation folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\ Dead Space 3 right click the game setup.exe, go to Properties, and change its compatibility to Windows XP SP3. Make sure to check mark ‘Disable Desktop Composition’ from the Compatibility tab.
Now run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
NOTE just in any case check this http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/dead-space-3/11367/?p=r
