Settings Won't Save

My game saves are perfectly fine but when I save my game settings like visuals settings or change my key bindings settings, they work fine until I close the game, then they just reset. I've tried reinstalling origins, repaired the game, completely uninstall dead space and reinstalled, and when I got in contact with customer service they just told me to use ccleaner and restore my cloud save. After all of those methods, nothing worked, PLEASE HELP! Thanks for your time, I really appreciate it.
