Screen Space Reflections and SSAO are absent

HD 7950 @ Stock

Intel i5 - 2500k

Software:

AMD Crimson 16.8.2

Windows 10 Pro 64bit

The game runs like a charm expect that mentioned two effects aren't applied.

I tried to activate them in the system.txt file but the result was the same as in the in game setting menu.

According to Origin the game is up to date,  and I also disabled Origin in game.

Changing the resolution/presets/vsync had no effect, too.

Driver settings are all in passive mode (application decides).
