My Dead space serial code is already used

 Hello, EA games. I registered my Dead Space 3 serial code in this account a few years ago  but now there is no game in my list except Dead Space 1(You know that you gave me for free) So I try to register it again but dosen't work now and  this massage appeared ''This serial code is already used."
