I cant install using retail disk

Hi,

I don't know what to do anymore... I have bought recently Dead Space 3 on a retail disk. When I installed it, it keeps telling me that it would be downloading.

Hope someone could help...

could you please try the troubleshooting steps from the following topic? 

 Additionally, have you tried putting Origin into Offline Mode?
