I cannot unlock all the Achievements (PC)

Basically I have gotten all achievements but one which is to get all achievements, any advice.

I have got all except 1 Achievement being this one: http://i.gyazo.com/1a1d01719791451d463448e5f5c045c9.png
Brave New world is awarded for getting all Achievements, so this is obviously a bug and a problem.
Please Help, thanks in advance.
