Dead space 3 graphical/sound glitch on PC on win 10

 when playing Dead Space 3 the game glitches out and the ground and your char becomes transparent.  Voice overs and dialogue is super muted. the ferst 2 images are  the way it is Glitchin. the last is  how it looks if I change the camera angle as you see it looks normal when the camera is tilted  down
