Hello to all the EA support team,
I've recently installed Dead Space 3, the game starts just fine, i can navigate in all the menus/submenus.
But as soon as i want to start a new game - solo campaign, i can choose the difficulty, after that i see the introduction cinematic movie but as soon as the movie finishes, the game instantly freeze, all i can see is the loading sign for one or 2 seconds and then it disappears and i just see a black screen with a mouse cursor in it which won't move at all.
I've tried several screen resolutions as well as switching from windowed mode to full screen mode, but the behavior remain the same.
Is there any log file i could send you to help you solve my issue ?
