Dead Space 3 not acknowledging collectables

For the past couple of weeks I've been obtaining every collectable in each chapter, however Chapter 11 still states, in the progress menu, that I have "4 of 5 Audio Logs" and "8 of 9 Weapon Parts". I've played this Chapter 3 times solo and twice in coop deliberately getting every Audio log and going to every weapon part location, but even when I know i've played every Audio Log the game still states I only have "4 of 5". The same with the weapon parts; I got to all 9 locations and there's nothing for me to pick up, because I've already gotten them, but according to the game I'm still missing one. Is there anything i can to do fix this?
