Dead Space 3 freeze if i move the mouse and only while movement [ Edited ]

I tryed everything so i contacted the support and they also couldnt helped me so they send me this:

but im froom germany so calling this number will be expensiv and im not ready to pay again to get my game maybe fixed by some experts in the UK... They told me to try it here^^ Someone got a solution or any ideas? The Support checked my WHOLE system and the Game everything is fine.

I have the exact same problem - the game freezes while I move the mouse and press any movement keys on the keyboards WTF!

This may not be a fix but try turning off the vsync in options menu.

I am having the exact same issue and Dead Space 3 is the only game giving me this weird problem.

I am downsampling the game at 4k on a 1080p screen using Nvidia DSR.

When I use a controller, the game runs flawlessly at a butter 60+ FPS but as soon as I move my mouse, the game freezes, then when I click the mouse button, the game resumes. I unplugged my controller and restarted the game but the problem persists.

However, when I play at 1920x1080, I can move the mouse and the game is fine.

I thought it was my Logitech G700S mouse playing up so I uninstalled it and used another generic mouse and it has the SAME problem whenever the resolution is higher than 1920x1080. Turning Vsync On or Off does not change anything.

This problem is very strange and I know Dead Space 3 is old now but this issue needs to be addressed.

I am glad that I am not the first one with this problem.

Can someone from EA please respond?
