Dead Space 3 achivement

Went through the entire game to 100%, collected all artifacts, chains, modules, audio recordings, but does not open the achievement "Gunslinger" -Find all circuits. What to do? I wrote to support ,but they are silent. Someone decided problem? And... I can't open achivement "heaven can wait". Help,peoples!)

Unfortunately some achievements do not unlock. This is not something an Advisor can help you with. Sorry.
