Dead Space 3 (PC) Incompatible with Most Resolutions

I can't play in 1920x1080p@60hz at all I just got a new gaming monitor and it will not let me play anything unless like you a resolution is selected with WIDE in it which was the one below 1920x1080p I cant believe this is a bug in a game that's not really old and resolutions have been what we get fory years

The text file I think fixed it my game now plays at 1920x1080p@60hz cheers

I actually fixed this problem and decided to post the solution:

• Change your resolution in Windows to 720p. (which the game tries to launch in)
• Go in game to Video settings, set it to Windowed mode at 720p.
• Change your resolution in Windows to what it normally is; 1080p for me.
• In Video settings, change your resolution to normal. (1920x1080 for me)
• If you don't want to actually play in Windowed, set it to borderless.

Gaaahhh! THANK YOU!! It is now 2022 and I only recently discovered the Dead Space franchise. Your fix is the only thing that worked for me. Bless you
