Dead Space 3 Limited Edition Code Not Working [ Edited ]

I got a copy of Dead Space 3 LE about a year or so ago as a Christmas gift, and only opened it this night. When I tried using the following code for Limited Edition unlocks, the code failed.

I tried it both in-game and via my Xbox 360's own "Redeem Code" functionality, but neither worked. I've been told that I can request a new code in such a case, so could someone help me with this?

@Runty_Grunty Hey, I removed the code from your post. Anything you write here is publicly visible, so we don't want folks to be able to see the code. 

The code would be for the 360 from the sounds of things, so next I'd have Xbox support take a look at the code, hopefully they can get a clearer picture of what happened to it.
