Dead Space 3 Chapther 17 Alien Conduit won't open [ Edited ]

Hey there.

I have a problem with Dead space 3.

On chapter 17 when you move the pillars to open the alien conduit it will not open to place the codex in.

I am stuck on 2 saves at the same location.

Thought if I will play it again will go away and I will be able to pass.

I even checked the youtube for others and I am doing everything that others do but still it doesn't seem to work.

Is there a bug on my copy or what?
