Dead Space 2 online not working

Why cant I play dead space 2 online on 360 or one? It directs me to buy the online pass, but then doesnt let me select it up!

That worked for the online pass on my Xbox 360, but how to I get this to carry over and work on my Xbox One? Every time I try to play on Xbox One it tells me I need to download the online pass. When I go to download the online pass, it says it's currently not available.
