Dead Space 2 Won't start [ Edited ]

Downloaded via Origin Access a few days ago, won't start. I starts loading then crashes with an error "Dead Space 2 has stopped working,... Close Program".

I have deleted it with Origin and reloaded twice, same problem. I also tried repairing it, no joy!

I'm running Win10 pro, I7,12GB ram, nVidia 780 with the latest drivers.

I also tried running as administrator, still no go.

UPDATE: I downloaded to another computer and it works, only real difference between the two machines is the 2nd one is an I5 and a N570, and it only has 1 monitor, whereas the fist PC has dual monitors.

I already ran the compatibility troubleshooter, didn't help, still starts to load then errors out as above.  I'm attaching the dxdiag report.

• To help ensure there is no other software interfering, can you try a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
• In Origin, right click the game and then Repair
• Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
• Try disconnecting your second monitor. This is unlikely to do anything but is too easy to not try.
