Cannot redeem product code [ Edited ]

 got my games at Wal-Mart i used them once before and got my computer cleaned and lost everything had to create a new origin account and I try to use my codes and it did not work

(dead space 3 limited edition product code is -removed-

@roadesjohnnie Hey, there seems to be some confusion here. There is no need to create a new Origin account, in fact it's quite counter-productive in your case. 

If you log into the Origin client using the same account that you used initially, the games should appear in your My Games library.
