Can't join game

Can't join friend game and he can't mine !  I can join a quick match easily so does he ! PLS HELP

@SetsunaDesu could you please tell us on which platform you are playing Dead Space 3 and have you guys already tried to power cycle your routermodem? To properly reset your modem, just unplug it for roughly two minutes from the power source and plug it back in again.
