Achievements and and DLC problems (XBox 360) [ Edited ]

It seems that even tho it shows on my progress (in-game) that I finished it in hard mode the achievement does not pop up. Also there is a pack you can pay $2.99 for, or pay with 60 rashins. After buying it with rachins the first time I died all of it was gone. Is there a glitch????
