dead space 2 chapter 11 killing stross [ Edited ]

how do i kill stross in chapter 11 i have tried everything i was told i need a patch but cant find one can some one help please

this is the solution  low down the resolution  to 640-480-60hz

when meeting stross the e appears click the e very fast and stross will die!!

I have a problem with the kinematics in the part where Stross appears to try to kill me. Every time he kills me, no matter what I do

A medical condition affecting my coordination makes scenes where you have to hit 'E' rapidly extremely difficult for me to get through. I only managed to catch the tram once, years ago, and later had to reload my computer, not realizing I wiped out the save file. I have never been able to get past Nolan Stross.

Does holding down the key rather than pressing it repeatedly help?

My understanding was that you had to tap the 'E' key, not hold it down. I have difficulty tapping it fast enough to get through portions of the game.

I have tried. I tap E fast, but I cannot get Stross to stop stabbing me.

@zevfeldman The worked for me! I was originally on 21x9 hella resolution. Thank you for this tip. Kinda sucked to have my screen go that small but hey it worked!
