Due to an issue with my HDD i had to reformat my HDD
No hardware changes were done
Now i can't play Dead Space as it says i' can only have it activated on a limited number of machines
It IS the same machine - i don't have it installed in any other machine
How can i desautorize the old system so i can play it again?

1. Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly selected in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
2. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
3. Select your platform
4. Select topic and issue.
5. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings, time of day and the topic/issue you choose.

I'd recommend choosing 'Codes and promotions' and 'Invalid code', this should get you both a chat option and a call back option (depending on your country).
You can explain the issue in detail once you are talking to an Advisor.

I actually went with Technical Support / Game Won't Launch
The trick though was choosing US as country rather then my own country
With my country my only option was Answers HQ and a phone number - no chat
The phone support is only available monday to friday 12:00 to 21:00 - That's useless
