Yuri Revenge - Menu buttons will not display

Installed Yuri's Revenge - the application splash screen displays, then I have a screen that should have the menu buttons on the right hand side of the screen - no labels are visible on the buttons.

Tried uninstalling/reinstalling but no luck.

Any recommendations on how to resolve?
