The Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection. Technical Difficulties

I have been playing C&C on my CPU for days now, and then today for some reason as it starts to load is kicks me out of the game with technical difficulties box.  It says there has been a serious error, and that I might have a virius or over heating or cpu not up to speed.  I have proformed a virius scan and the cpu is not hot, and like I said have played on the same cpu for days.  Now I cant play my game and have wasted my money, please put the game disc in the case next time as I'm taking this one back to the store to get my money back.  Unless you can help me fix the problem!

I'm sorry, I really can not help you. Perhaps someone in the C&C section could. This IS the NFSW section, after all.
