Here's a faster way, if you have another C&C game, go to:

Computer > OS (:C) > Program files x86 > Origin Games > (Click on one of the C&C games that installed correctly) > _Installer > directx > Copy the redist folder's contents > go back to Origin games > Click on the game you're having trouble with > _Installer > directx > redist > Paste> Copy and replace

then you can go to Origin press Install, and it'll work! (:

what I did was to open the folder you've installed Origin Games in (by default, C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games and then click on the specific game that isn't working for you. Then I went into "_Install" folder and located the DirectX folder. I pretty much just took this folder and dragged it to my desktop and coppied another DirectX folder from another Origin game and pasted it in.

The moment you begin loading windows, start taping F8 and click on Disable Driver Signatures, that will fix it.

Just copy the directx file from another game and paste it in the folder and click yes and copy all files and replace
