merchant certificate not up to date

my kaspersky anti virus is stopping me from playing until i allow ,as the merchant certificate is not up to date ,i just allow as normally this type of issue is sorted quite quickly  ,but it is going on for a while and so i am worrying if i have allowed something i should,nt
