command and conquer tiberian alliance

I am looking for access to the API that is used in C&C Tib Alliance to gain access to map, base, alliance, player, and stats info for the current and future worlds.  I would like to use this in conjunction to a site that is under developement to assist players on tracking their bases/alliances/Poi;s in multiple worlds all at once.  Knowing this info also helps me know which bases are needing funding and dramatically helps keep the wheels spinning in the game without having to switch from map to map every 10 minutes.

I have a working version of the site up and running currently set only to my own player across several maps and I am able to track my progress and my alliance progress.  Can someone help me with getting access?
