Resetting Password

I have forgotten the answer to my security question which is preventing me changing my password now. I suspect someone has got access to my account as funds were used in world 101 that I no longer play in. I logged in today to find that the CP capacity had been upgraded 3 times for 7 days 200cp. I would never have done this as I am finished with this world. I just happened to login there when Tiberium3 seemed to have crashed momentarily.

Please advise on how I can reset my security question and ultimately my password.
