I can't transfer resources from one base to another within the same account

Since almost 3 days I cannot transfer my resources (Tiberium and Crystal) from one base to another and this is causing me a lot as I have to change my plan with the consequences of not being able to follow the goals of my alliance. Furthermore, My have no capacity anymore to save the production, as I cannot consume my resources to the same speed I produce them. I have reach the red zone with capacity production interrupted on one of my bases, many others becoming full already.

Till today, I have logged in and out, started and changed browsers several time without result. I also want to precise that I haven't initiated any setup of my account before or after.

I real need a solution as earlier as possible please.
