Complete package for a funded player

I am asking EA for a complete compensation on Wrath 7 - not only 3 crates of RT, but also 3 crates of 240 CP, during the recent server outages (3 weekend days lockout), since i fund the game properly on every server i am playing and especially on Wrath 7 where i had 1000 CP cap space all the time.

EA, please verify my account and act acordingly.
