C&C TA Cant't buy Funds

Hi!

Since 2 weeks now I can't buy credit Funds in C&C TA. It doesn't work with Master or Visacard, nor with PayPal. I've tried it with different Browsers (Chrome, EI, Firefox). I got a mail today from the "support team" (1 week waiting), but no real answer! Only link to the FAQ.

Can somebody really help me?
