C&C 4: Tiberian Twilight wont let me play the game [ Edited ]

Bought Command and Conquer: The Ultimate Collection played all of them, saved the newest cnc4 for last but it wont play i tried the registration key given to me and it would not register, would really like some help with this as i have tried to contact EA support and they had my ticket closed without sending me anything or talking to me about whats going on, i  haven't been able to get another ticket started since. i bought it with Origin any help would be great

@co897Hi, you should be able to log into C&C4 using the details of the Origin account. How does the registration fail, exactly?

I have seen some cases where folks have issues with C&C 4 in the past but it should be working now. If you need the product key you can click the cog icon and choose Game Properties from the game's panel.

no still not working says the code i have been given has already been used and thats funny as i Can't Play the game i bought and the code it provides doesnt work.
