Bases won't attack anymore

2 of my bases won't attack or simulate an attack anymore in Wrath 6. Please help. I tried 3 different computers and 3 different browsers.

Yes, I couldn’t leave my commando in the transport vehicle. When I put him in the vehicle when I was in attack mode, everything was OK.
