c&c 3 tiberuim wars does not start after i created my ingame profile [ Edited ]

I'am using windows 7.And after i created my ingame profile, the game asks me to log in whith account e-mail and pasword that i buyed the game.Witch is the profile that i writting this to you.This happenes when i exit the game and want to go back to play it.A small windows pops up after i click to play.And asks me for my e-mail and pasword .But it is not accepting it.If possibole please delete those files from the cloud.
