Tiberian Sun and Firestorm miss DLL files

Hi, 

I downloaded Tiberian Sun and Firestorm and when I run it, it gives me "one or more dll files were missing or damaged. please reinstall."  I have reinstall repair and I have uninstall and redownloaded and reintstall.  I have also ran as admin.  Can some one help me, I would really like to play it.
