Renegade Cheat console Origin [ Edited ]

I want to play the skirmish mode with cheats, and i was finding a way to do so, so i found one that said that i needed to put "-console cheatcc" into the command parameters, I know origin has trouble with the cnc games and wont pass the parameters onto the game, so i downloaded and installed bibbers launchers. Then i put "-console cheatcc" into the parameters. When i launch the game, it doesn't launch.

How do i activate the developer console?

Edit: Bibbers launcher did not want me to launch the game, so i cant use it.
