Order Pending Payment

Hello,

I placed an order in Origin download manager for the Command and Conquer special deal on 4/24/2013 and tried to pay with my Pay Pal account, but it did not go through for some reason. The order is still in Origin but says it is Pending Payment. There is no way to pay from the Invoice, so I'm not sure how I can make a payment and then complete the order. The order number is 14115502919.

This is a mostly volunteer-driven forum; most of the people who lend a hand around here (like me) aren't actually EA employees. For issues like this, I suggest you contact EA tech support through help.ea.com and get a chat session with a live representative. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things.
