Operational System is too old for Ra3 but I'm using windows 10

Hi

Today i tried to instal Ra3 from the ultimate collection but it said that my operational system was too old and i need windows xp(5.1) or higher but i'm using windows 10

what should i do

I'm fairly sure that's exactly what compatibility mode was created for
