Error Loading page

I recieve an error loading page when I try to enter my redemtion code. The FAQ says speak with game advisor. How should I proceed?

I have this issue too. The only option is "via email". So, because we are buying something that isnt Madden or FIFA we have to wait till a tech reads and moves it forward?

You can try selecting different locations, games etc. Not very honest but if you select "account and registration" or similar you should be able to get help.
