Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour ONLINE PROBLEM

I need help with the game C&C Generals: Zero Hour.
When I go online, everything works until the game starts...
Just before the game starts, there is a progress bar for me and my opponent.
My progress bar goes full, but the others stays empty. Actually, the problem 
is with me, because it happened with every opponent.
I tried the same on my laptop, with success, it did worked here!
But still, I want to play the game on my Desktop PC. 
I read all the forums about it and tried everything, but nothing worked...
The problem doesn't lie with:

- my internet connection (does work on my laptop)
- the game self

It has to be something else, please help me.
I have:

- Windows Vista (32-bit)
- I set the game as Run as Administrator and 
Run With Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
- Windows Firewall is OFF

I installed the game 3 times again.
