C&C Red Alert 3 keep getting error GSGP5

C&C Red Alert 3:

I am getting an error when I try to login ONLINE gaming.  says " You were disconnected. Please report GSGP5"  No idea what this is.  Tried resetting password and chaning ID around... made new ID...  Ran as administrator... etc  PLEASE HELP!
