Start you're own freeburn and see if the same thing happens. If it does then it is a connection issue of some kind, if you don't get kicked from a room / freeburn you're hosting then it's the host of the room / freeburn that you joined is kicking you out.

With all due respect, I don't think the solution you suggested will help. I have been experiencing exactly the same thing recently and creating a game on my own haven't changed things one bit, simply because no one could join my room. In my case it was router related problem and all I had to do was to reset my router to default settings and then set up a new connection again. I highly recommend using wired connection as it is more stable than wi-fi. Since that I have been able to join games, as well as other players could have joined sessions I host.
