starwars galaxy of heroes - crash to home screen

I have crash problem here for 2-3 weaks . Most of times immediately After loading a battle ( galactic wars - squad arena - events & ...) app will close and i have to open it again .
I think conflict between my characters and opponent characters is cause of crash
I think this problem appeared after (barriss bug fix )update
I have sony xperia z5 premium dual
Android 7 ( i had this problem before upgrading to android 7 )

I have the same problem as you, as asked for support, but it seems they dont hear the, they just give the usual solution, but nothing happens.

I started with my problem, around May, there was some upgrade of the game, and then stopped working, its very frustated to play, but dont know what is causing it, have you solve it?! But i get this message from the game, something related with the google...
