Trouble with login

So whenever the game loads up it takes me to the main screen, then the notification box asking me if I want to sign in ton Google play pops up. If I select "sign into Google play" the box disappears then reappears instantly. I have tried every solution for lost accounts that I could find and none of them work, in level 39 and in a guild that requires user activity.
