GabriellHmm I see I have escalated to our specialist this problem and they said its a different issue like we have before. Since this is a mobile data connection and there's no problem when you connect it to wifi I would suggest to contact your Mobile ISP to ensure that you have the correct connections settings to the game. And if they said that there's no problem at all please ask for a case number and an email confirming that all is good to their side. Then after that contact us back so we can escalate it again to our specialist for further investigation.

GabriellOhh I see seems to be that this might be an emerging issue with the game. Since this is happening to mobile data connection only. Sad to say this but I think we need to escalate this to our forums so our game developers can check this one. I will also document what happen here and raise this concern to our team so they can investigate it as soon as possible. Please post this issue on this link
