SW Galaxy of Heroes stage 3 locked

Hello, I cannot play light or dark side battles on stage 3 even though I have acquired 3 stars on all the he normal and hard missions for stage 1 and 2. It states "requires stage 2 completion" even though I have already completed it. Can someone help with this?

Hi, do you get a notification for why you can't progress if you tap the lock symbol where stage 3 would be? It should hopefully give an explanation on what's preventing progress. 

It may be worth a restart of your device if you're not given accurate information, in case some local stored data has become damaged. Hopefully after the restart you can keep going as normal.
